Privacy Policy

Just Right picks a temperature for your car and your home and sends it through a Shortcut you build or through Apple Home. This policy explains what the app uses and where it goes. This website sets no cookies, runs no ads and uses no analytics.

What stays on your iPhone

• Location. Used to know which saved place you are at and to get the weather there. Kept on your iPhone.
• Your places, settings and corrections. Stored on your iPhone in the app’s own storage.
• Apple Health (optional, Just Right Plus). If you connect Apple Health, Just Right reads workouts (when they ended, how long and how hard); heart rate, resting heart rate and active energy, only to judge how hard a workout was; and sleeping wrist temperature, shown to you for reference and never used to set the temperature. Health data is processed only on your iPhone. Just Right keeps only a small summary (for example "a hard 60-minute workout ended at 5:40 pm"), which is excluded from iCloud backups. Health data is never sent over the network, synced to iCloud, shared, sold, used for advertising or marketing, or given to Apple Intelligence. You can disconnect at any time in the Health app: Sharing, Apps, Just Right.
• Apple Home (optional). If you connect a thermostat through Apple Home, Just Right reads that thermostat’s mode and temperatures and sets its temperature when you ask, or, with Home follows car on, when you start the car away from home. It keeps the previous setting on your iPhone so Undo can put it back. It does not read or control any other accessory.

What leaves your iPhone

• Weather requests. Your approximate location is sent to Apple WeatherKit, or to Open-Meteo if WeatherKit is unavailable, to get current conditions.
• The temperature you send to your car. It goes to the Tesla app through your Shortcut. It is a temperature only. It contains no Health data.
• Purchases. Just Right Plus subscriptions are handled by Apple and RevenueCat, which receive an anonymous app user ID and purchase records.

Just Right has no accounts, no advertising and no analytics.
