By using justright.im or the Just Right app, you agree to these terms.

What the app does

Just Right suggests a cabin or home temperature and, when you ask, sends it to your car through a Shortcut you create or to a thermostat through Apple Home. You stay in control of your vehicle and your home. Check that settings are what you expect, and never rely on the app, or on any climate feature, to keep a person or an animal safe in a parked car.

Not medical advice

The app and the guides on this site share general information. They do not diagnose, treat or monitor any condition and do not replace care from a qualified clinician. In an emergency, call 911.

Subscriptions

Just Right Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple. Apple handles payment, renewal and refunds. You can cancel any time in your Apple ID settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Third parties

Just Right works with Apple Shortcuts, Apple Home, Apple Health, WeatherKit and the Tesla app. Their own terms apply to them. Just Right is not affiliated with or endorsed by Tesla, Inc. Tesla is a trademark of Tesla, Inc.

No warranty

The app and site are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the past 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina.
